PURPOSE OF THE TRAINING PLAN - Describe what you are trying to achieve by developing the training program. A3. SKILLS GAPS – Describe what the Supervisors are required to do but are not doing at this time. It is required to provide 4 Skills Gaps as examples of what supervisors are not doing.
1. Maintain compliance with safety rules and the use of safety equipment on the work site .
2. Ensures that protective gear and first aid equipment are readily accessible to laborers . 3. Purchase, inventory, and secure tools and materials. 4. Administrate activities including approving requisitions, and processing job- related paperwork. A5. LEARNING OBJECTIVES – Describe what the Supervisors will know how to do after the training program. It is required to provide 4 Learning Objectives for each Skills Gap provided (Note: you will have 1 learning objective for each skills gap identified in A4 for a total of 4 Learning Objectives). A6. BEHAVIOR CHANGES AS A RESULT OF TRAINING – _What behaviors should change for the supervisors after training. It is required to provide 4 behavior changes for each Skills Gap provided. A7. PROGRAM DESIGN - State the design of your training program - will it be internally or externally designed? Once your decision is made, please provide a justification as to why it is best to have an internal or external design to your training program. A8. DELIVERY METHOD - CHOOSE 2 methods you will use to conduct the training and justify your choices. A9. TRAINING FACILITY – _What safe location will you conduct your training and justify the choices made. A10. TRAINING FACILITATOR - Who is appropriately certified to conduct your training? Once your decision of a facilitator is made, please provide a justification as to why the facilitator is the best choice to conduct your training.
