DBB ensures transparency in the contractor selection process and prioritizes cost control. Design-Bid-Build (DBB) 1. As a Construction Manager, which Project Delivery Method would you use to address each project scenario and why? For a small rural municipality library project with a defined scope and a focus on cost control and competitive bidding, DBB is the preferred method. It allows for a clear separation of design and construction responsibilities, ensuring transparency and cost- effectiveness. 2. State the most appropriate time and project circumstances to use the above project delivery methods. Use separate heading for each method.
