You should record this information during each meal or shortly after the meal, in your own words. Please do not copy and paste your foods list directly from Cengage . You should record the type of food and the quantity as accurately as possible. For dishes from a restaurant or store, please specify name of the restaurants/school cafeteria or brand of the food items . For dishes containing a combination of several different food items such as a salad or sandwich, record an amount for each component .
