Greetings Everyone
The healthcare industry is extremely competitive and is constantly evolving. It's critical that your resume
highlights your unique selling point and any extra abilities that could make you stand out from the

n.d.). According to (Coursera, 2023) when trying to obtain healthcare experience for a resume, you
should examine the most desirable abilities for the position you are seeking, then decide how to acquire
the expertise in those areas most effectively. Apply for volunteer work or entry-level jobs, enroll in an
online school, or obtain a certification. Increasing your skill set will also help you achieve long term
professional goals. In today’s job market, you can stand out from the competitors by emphasizing crucial
talents in your resume summary from the outset (Coursera, 2023). Employers can learn more about your
qualifications for a position from these two to three sentences that highlight the essential abilities and
credentials that make you a competitive candidate. One of the best ways to succinctly highlight your
skills is to use adjectives to explain who you are. "Organized care coordinator with five years of
experience in..." is one way you may start.

Good Afternoon Kathryn,
Thanks for sharing. Yes, I have to agree with you, as the realization is setting in that I’m 6 weeks shy of
graduation. Being flexible is crucial for healthcare workers because it enables them to adjust to changing
circumstances and give their patients the best treatment possible. It makes it possible for medical
personnel to swiftly modify their tactics and plans in response to the particular requirements of every
patient or circumstance (Herzing University, 2023). In healthcare, I feel as though empathy is another
marketable skill. Establishing trust and delivering compassionate care require the capacity to
comprehend and relate to the feelings and experiences of patients.
