The last step will be to review the billing practices, which will identify any areas in need of improvement, such as optimizing reimbursement rates and reducing claim denials. The, streamline the operational costs by conducting a thorough analysis of the operational costs. Also, identify the areas where the expenses could be reduced without compromising the quality of patient care.
