I would like to thank you for considering my evaluation plan for the 14-18 year olds that this basketball program will most benefit. The plan that I am proposing consists of an in depth evaluation that tracks offensive and defensive skills, advanced basketball knowledge, how to be a team player, and a conditioning program that gets the kids ready for the upcoming season. What makes this a high quality plan is that it is what kids at the next level do so it will be getting your kids a look at what they would be doing. There is an explanation for everything on the plan so that it is easier to understand. I believe that the school would benefit from implementing this plan because it would allow this program to grow and allow the kids to have the best chance at playing at the next level. If you are interested in implementing this plan into this school's basketball program, please contact me by phone or by E-mail.
