When participants were asked about the most difficult part of the telemedicine
experience, the majority of participants believed that explaining symptoms or the
physical examination (n = 201, 58.6%) was the most difficult part, followed by
nothing, no concern (n = 73, 21.3%), waiting time (n = 36, 10.5%), poor connectivity
(n = 33, 9.6%).

When asked to rate the ease of accessing and using the telemedicine program on a
scale from 1 to 10, participants held a neutral perspective (M = 4.66, SD = 2.74, Mdn
= 5). Similarly, participants reported a neutral perspective when asked about the
difficulty of explaining their symptoms in comparison to a standard in-person
