Similarly, participants reported a neutral perspective when asked about the difficulty of explaining their symptoms in comparison to a standard in-person
appointment (M = 5.03, SD = 2.59, Mdn = 5). In addition, participants had a neutral perspective when asked to rate the difficulty of understanding their medical condition and instructions for care compared to a standard in-person appointment (M = 4.87, SD = 2.46, Mdn = 5).
