_____Daniel___________________ Writer ____________Tipton Davis____________ Evaluator PAPER #3 PEER EVALUATION 1. What social injustice is the author addressing? Are you convinced that this is an injustice? Center point energy raising the costs of essential resources knowing they’re one of the only energy companies in Southern Indiana. Yes I believe this is an injustice considering there is almost no other option. 2. Who is the audience for each letter? Are these audiences appropriate for the assignment and the injustice? The audience for each letter is clear for the most part. In the first letter the Audience is Jason P. Wells, but I do not see any clarification of who he is in the organization. In the second letter the audience is addressed as a single name, but with clarification of how they’re personally affected by the injustice. They are appropriate just lacking information. 3. What is the author’s suggested action to each audience? The suggested action in the first and second letter is not necessarily stated. 4. Is the paper organized with clear transitions between paragraphs? There are only 2 paragraphs on different pages, so until there are more I cannot give a simple yes or no answer.
5. What is the primary grammatical error? The primary grammatical error is the lack of a space between 2035”( . 6. What questions do you have for the writer? What do you plan to discuss with Mr. Wells in order to get the point across that he is not providing a fair option to his customers? How is Hannah going to help fight for her right to lower the prices of essential resources for herself and the ones around her?
