Technology is changing how organizations and corporations function across many
industries. Technology is advantageous and transformative, particularly in educational contexts.
Technology is changing how education is provided, from hybrid models to online universities to
digital certificate programs. In addition to computers, teachers and students may also make use
of interactive software, Internet of Things (IoT) gadgets, and even analytical tools to more
properly gauge students' progress based on data in real-time. Since learning has never been a
universal process, education technology has made it easier for teachers to customize their lessons
to meet the individual requirements of each student. Depending on each person's performance,
teachers and students may report and assess progress utilizing EdTech platforms. Analytics
makes it straightforward for teachers to determine if a student is making progress or experiencing
obstacles. This can help teachers find inefficiencies or places where they need to improve.

Summary:
Once industries achieve gender parity, gender disparities are seen to be closing and
prejudice declining. The "add women and stir" technique refers to the notion that just adding
more women will cause change. However, just increasing the number of women employed there
won't change the organizational policies and practices that favor men over women. According to
this study, gender prejudice persists even in sectors with a gender balance that favors women. I
found that despite being overrepresented in many sectors, stereotypes against women still exist.
Women must exercise caution while demonstrating their authority and downplaying their
accomplishments, and restrained speech is one example of this. It became clear that eliminating
bias against women in the workplace by itself does not need a balanced or even higher number of
female employees. Discrimination continues even when there are more females than guys
present. The good news is that those making decisions may utilize these results to develop
gender-equitable policies and settings that lessen prejudice.

by time invested. One way to tackle this is to specify more while micromanaging less. Give staff
members the independence and creative space to accomplish their goals while defining the
objectives and performance measures. Finally, it introduces collaboration in place of rivalry. Top
leaders should promote cooperation and collaboration by modeling it.
