Question 1: Which topology is used in the design (3 points)? Give two reasons for your choice (2 points). Draw and explain the data flow process in the topology of the designed network (5 points). I would say it’s using a ring topology because it has a center hub than manages the network and has both coming and going packets to the router from both devices. Question 2: List 2 benefits (5 points) and 2 limitations (5 points) of a wireless network. One benefit is the ability to use more sophisticated technology’s that would not so much be on a wired network. Second benefit is the ability to connect more devices and the accessibility. One limitation is the distance of the wireless network since it can’t be unlimited. Second limitation is the security factor due to it being more accessible to hackers. Question 3: Explain why it is necessary to enable SSID broadcast (5 points). you want your Wi-Fi network visible and accessible to your and your guests' devices.
Questions 4: After executing each command, take a screenshot of the output, paste it on your worksheet for submission (6 commands, 3 points each = 18 points).

Question 5: Explain your observation in relation to all the applicable OSI protocols involved in the network setup (7 points). Layer 1 is the wiring up of the router to the camera Layer 2 would be having the flow of data from computer to router Layer 3 would be the IP addresses added in to make sure the routing was correct Layer 4 would be the ping to make sure everything was connected correctly Layer 5 would be the control functions that make it necessary to establish, manage, and terminate the connections Layer 6 would be the acceptance and structures of the messages for the applications Layer 7 is the interactions of the application program with the camera. Question 6: Take a SNIP of your network deployment. An example is shown here. Your camera view will be different (10 points)
Question 7: Distinguish between the two basic modes of Wireless LAN set up in terms of topology, configuration, benefits, and limitations (10 points).
There’s point to point and point to multipoint. Point to point helps for buildings with lots of computers and can basically transfer data between them. Point to multipoint helps with a local network in sort where there is pc that connect to a bridge which then connects to an antenna and that is wirelessly transmitted and I would assume it is more efficient.
