Digital learners can showcase their new skills or knowledge using a variety of creative approaches. The internet is filled with high-quality Web 2.0 tools which have the potential to enhance learning needs. In this assignment, you will explore Web 2.0 tools and their application to digital learning. You will then create a table to display the Web 2.0 tools and explain whether the tool enables learners to create, collaborate, or both. Step 1. Identify and Display Web 2.0 tools can take learning to higher levels when associating them with Bloom’s Taxonomy. Identify five Web 2.0 tools, and then analyze the tools in a table. Set up a 5-column table with these column titles: Selected Web 2.0 tool URL Educational level of learners (early childhood, elementary, middle school, high school, adult) Content area Bloom’s level Then complete the cells of the table using Web 2.0 tools of your choice. The Bloom’s level should reflect the highest level the tool will facilitate. See the Learning Objects page for information on the Bloom’s levels. Step 2. Introduce Write one paragraph to introduce the table you created in Step 1. Step 3. Choose and Describe Choose two of the Web 2.0 tools from the table in Step 1, and in 3-4 paragraphs describe: How each tool allows learners to either create, collaborate, or both. A specific activity using each tool to to promote collaboration, creativity, or both. Step 4. Assemble Using a Web 2.0 tool of your choice, assemble the information from Steps 1-3 into a product suitable for your learner audience. When you identify the title location in the Web 2.0 tool, specify the educational level of the learners (early childhood, elementary, middle school, high school, adult). Include APA-formatted text citations and references for the selected Web 2.0 tools.
