Consumers or citizens that give away their personal information to an organization or government entity. Each state has different laws and regulations for this, but it should be the organization's board of directors as well as the Chief Security Officer. U.S. Constitution The oldest and longest-standing written law. It is the supreme law that outlines the division of power for the Congress, the President, and the Supreme Court. It also defines the basic rights of citizens. All U.S. citizens. Every U.S. citizen is responsible for upholding the laws and rights. The Supreme Court will make a ruling if the laws and rights are not followed.
