After going through the Student Portal, | feel that the student resources area as well as the academics area will be the most beneficial to me y | personally. The student resources include: technical support, counseling services, the online library, a digital bookshelf, the academic catalog, the student handbook, information on the pulse app, a form center, and disability services. Those are all great resources that can be accessed and used to help in each of our educational journeys. | also chose the academics area because it includes grades, attendance records, and the class schedule. Those are definitely things that should be checked regularly and kept up with. | chose those two areas because | believe they will help me the most in being a successful student. Often times stress can build and | think it's awesome that they have counseling services should | need them because talking to someone can provide relief as well as strategies to move forward. The online library is also a great resource because online students don't have access to a physical library unless they go to a public one, and more often than not with a busy schedule it may not be possible to fit going to one in as soon as you need to.
