Assignment Overview Reflect, critically examine, and explain what you have learned in the professional pathway exploration process and learning skills. The assignment offers a few questions to assist you in your reflective analysis. Consider the complete experience in this course. Assignment Criteria Value: 5% Due Date: Week 15 Submission: This assignment should be 1-2 pages in length, (word count: 300 - 700) Important : You are required to self-assess your performance based on the assignment rubric. Review the rubric closely before starting the work and upon completion, record your score beside the ‘Self-Assessed grade’ prior to submitting your assignment. Produce your own work. Academic honesty matters! Do not share your work with anyone. Evaluation This assignment has a written and an oral component:  Written component : Explain what you have learned and the value in your personal and professional exploration. (2.5 points)  Oral presentation : Present your learning and what it means for your professional future. (2.5 points) Instructions 1. ANALYZING YOUR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Prepare a one or two-page written reflection on your learning and professional pathway exploration in this course in response to at least seven (7) of th4e questions below. These questions serve as a guide for the analysis in your reflection and the reflection wheel may also help you structure your ideas. Questions: 1 Academic honesty matters! Play it safe - Produce your own work.

1. What did I learn from the Career Cruising assessments and research and guest speakers? 2. What is the value of the connections I made in my field? 3. How did the Informational Interview affect my career decision? What new information surfaced? 4. What connections have I realized between my skills, values, and potential career fields? 5. What are the new personal or professional development themes that became clear to me? 6. The new questions emerged from my experiences in this course are: 7. What information can help me narrow down or expand my career options? 8. What resources or tools I am aware of that will support my further career success? 9. Do I feel clear on the career that I plan to pursue? 10. Did I do everything I needed to do to achieve the goals I set for myself? 11. How did the activities and course content help me achieve career clarity? 2.
