Problem One in every four law enforcement officers contemplated suicide. The “problem” that my research question addresses is if social norms, fear, or something unrelated stops officers from seeking help. PRESENTATION TITLE 4

According to a survey of 434 officers: 12% reported lifetime mental health diagnosis 26% had positive screenings for symptoms of a mental illness Only 17% had sought any type of mental health services In 12 months.
