The intended audience for my presentation is for the school board, superintendent, staff and community members of carbon school district. A1A . Explain how your proposed policy will affect your chosen target audience from A1. My proposed policy change will affect staff, and students by changing the dress code policy by making uniforms mandatory. A2. Describe the problem to be solved by the proposed policy. This policy change will provide a Sense of equality, less bullying, Sense of belonging and many other issues in our school community . A3. Describe your proposed policy and how it will be implemented. We will Design school uniforms for each school in the district that will be mandatory to wear daily. Grants are available to assist
low-income families so what waivers are available to provide uniforms for their student(s).
