Hover your phone over payment machine for a few seconds You will know if the payment was successful by hearing a “Ding” sound form your device and seeing a checkmark on your screen. Changes Required: I had my mother test out the steps, since she is a part of the learning audience. Overall, she had an easy way navigating the steps. Where issues arose were at step 6 and step 9. Prior to her sharing her inputs I had not added notes. In step 6, I noticed she was having difficulties scanning her card, so I told her to enter it manually, but she was not understanding how to do it manually. I explained to her to click the button at the bottom, this automatically cleared her confusion. Noting this reaction, I decided to add the note at step 6. At step 9, my mother kept clicking the volume button instead of the power button, because of that I decided to add a note stating the location of the power button to clarify any confusion.
