2 2) (40 points) Scenario 2 (see attached documents) : You are the project manager assigned to build the Taubman building in LTU. You have a meeting with the LTU construction board next week. You are required to create a logistics plan for the attached “proposed” Taubman building construction project. Using the drawings attached (Taubman Building Drawings). a. List what items you need to address in the logistics plan (i.e. safety of students, etc.) b. You will have an opportunity to ask the LTU board any questions (any missing information) that you need to know that help you developing the logistics plan. Generate a list of questions to the board. c. Develop a logistic plan by laying out the proposed Logistics plan features (i.e. construction trailer, lay down area, etc) needed for this job.
