Physical/transport needs (e.g., restricted mobility): Need help while doing house chores and travel. Recreational needs (e.g., sporting interests): Munna enjoys playing basketball, love cycling and doing meditation and like to go to gym as well. He would like to support in finding opportunities to play. Communication needs : Munna has difficulty in verbal communication when experiencing the symptoms of the schizophrenia. But when he speaks, he prefers to speak Nepali because it is his first language, and he is more comfortable with his language. Cultural needs: According to his culture, his family plays vital role in his life and involvement of his family members and community members is important in his care plans. Munna has understanding family that prevent him from experience all those discrimination and stigma that happens in some culture.
