-The message is unpacked through quizzes and detailed information on financial future planning.
Receiver- the person or target audience of the information communicated.
-The people who is directed to receive the info are people near retirement or anyone in America who will retire in the future. Noise- any of a variety of types of interference at any point during the process
-The noise of the PSA would be poor internet connection or static on the TV stations. 1.

The impact of the message on me as the receiver is stress for future retirement and influence to make a change for my future. 2.
What noise do you think affects the message to you? How?
The noise that affects this message would be distractions on the internet or environmental distractions like children when trying to do quizzes related to retirement. 3.
Do you feel the message is decoded the same as it was encoded? Why?
