Scenario Fan Fusion enterprise is a major sports leagues for a fictional sports and entertainment company, which in its initial stage focus development on Fantasy Cricket League app however it’s broader vision is to encompass other major sports league for a fictional sports and fantasy team building. FanFusion is located in the sports loving city of Bengaluru. Some of pain points include Limited Fan Engagement, meaning struggling with engaging cricket fans outside of the traditional viewing experience, resulting in a missed opportunity to deepen the fan base's connection with the sport. Secondly, revenue generation new revenue streams and believes that a successful fantasy league app could provide opportunities for in-app purchases and sponsorships. Lastly competition from other rival fantasy league app with several established players. Vision and Scope The project's vision is to create an immersive Fantasy Cricket League App (FCLA) that redefines fan engagement, offers unique sports experiences, and monetizes the fan base for FanFsion Enterprises across various major sports leagues, with an initial focus on cricket. The ideal solution envisions a user-friendly platform that integrates fantasy league gaming, social interaction, and in-app purchases to provide a comprehensive sports and entertainment experience. In-scope features will encompass cricket league creation, real-time game tracking, social sharing functionalities, and in- app purchases specific to cricket. Out of scope for this initial phase are features related to other major sports leagues such as football, basketball, and baseball. These leagues will be considered for future enhancements and expansions beyond the core FCLA functionality. Success Metrics (SM) ID Statement SM-01 Achieve a 10% increase in website traffic within six months. SM-02 Achieve a 10% growth in the cricket fantasy league app market share within 18 months. SM-03 Reach 250,000 active cricket users within six months of FCLA launch. Business Risks (BR) ID Statement BR-01 If FanFusion development faces unexpected challenges, then there is a risk of project delays and budget overruns.
