2 Section 1: Selection Process and Preparatory Research Using LinkedIn, I reconnected and selected Emilie Souvannaraj for the informational interview based on her prominent role as a business management professional. We also attended the same business management program back in 2019 at George Brown College. To gather information about Aritzia, and her role, I used various resources including online research platforms such as LinkedIn and the company website. I also talked to family members of mine who are in the same field to get a feel for what type of questions to ask that would help me gain more insights from this interview. Through these efforts, I gained a comprehensive understanding of her educational background, professional experiences, and her current position within the industry. Section 2: Interview Summary Educational and Industry Background: - Emilie holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from George Brown. She currently has 4 years of experience working in various management roles within the retail sector. Working with big retailers like Swarovski, American Eagle and now Aritzia Concierge. Motivation to Pursue Career: - She was motivated to pursue a career in business management due to her passion for entrepreneurship. She has a nail business as a side job where she creates beautiful press-on nails with intricate designs using her KSAs from her education to grow her business. She enjoys the dynamic nature of the industry and the opportunity to drive organizational growth and success.

How might this benefit you in a summer placement? - One of my most important attributes is my strong communication skills.
