A mazon offers many areas that cater to the diverse needs of its customers, from shopping for products across many categories to services like Amazon Web Services, Amazon Pay, and Amazon Fresh. Interconnectedness of Functional Areas Amazon has built a culture that places the customer at the center of everything it does. This customer-centric approach is underpinned by an unwavering focus on meeting customer needs and satisfaction. Amazon is constantly innovating and improving its processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. (Staff, 2024) They have focused on providing an exceptional customer experience through features such as one-click ordering, fast shipping, and easy returns. Amazon Stores and Hubs are designed to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers and help businesses increase their visibility and reach on Amazon's marketplace. ( Amazon Store , n.d.) Amazon has a great network of third-party shipping services. This is helpful when one needs a super-fast two-hour delivery. When it comes to Amazon and Walmart, there are several key differences that set them apart. Walmart, on the other hand, is known for its low prices and large selection of discounted merchandise. When comparing Amazon and Walmart, there are several factors that set them apart from each other. Amazon's use of data analytics can help identify trends and patterns in consumer behavior, allowing for targeted marketing and personalized recommendations. Amazon's efficient supply chain management can help streamline the production and distribution of health and beauty products, reducing costs and improving speed to market.
