 What type of chart is appropriate to visually represent the numerical data? I will be using the Excel Spreadsheet for the numerical data presented by the New Hampshire Business Products (NHBP). The chosen spreadsheet will show the products sold in separate categories, the total number of current sales per product, and the projected sales with the percent increase over the next five years.  Describe how you will adapt the formatting, labeling, formulas, and organization of your Excel document to fit the purpose of the document and its audience. I will also select a consistent font (Times New Roman) and font size (12). The spreadsheet will have rows and column spacing, alignments, and cell formatting. Labeling will be included to easily identify the value in each row and column. Making sure the spreadsheet is checked for proper spelling. Creating the excel spreadsheet will allow for a professional and simple way to read the information for my audience.  What type of number format would be appropriate for representing the information required? I will not be using decimal spacing. The currency format will be the best for this spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be easy to understand and read.
