2 How the Entrepreneur Relates to the Concepts of GCEI One entrepreneur who embodies the values and principles of GCEI is Maria Santos. The primary focus of GCEI is to develop leadership abilities among students to stimulate growth in their careers, and it liaises with local communities and organizations to ensure that graduates globally succeed (“Centennial College,”2022). As a student of the institution, Maria has demonstrated a strong commitment and dedication to furthering the mission and vision of GCEI through her leadership skills and collaborative approach. Maria is highly regarded as a role model among students in her community, as she exemplifies the type of leader that GCEI aims to promote. Her entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with her ability to build effective partnerships with local organizations and communities, has translated into tremendous success for herself and GCEI. Overall, Maria's experience is a testament to the effectiveness of GCEI's programs in developing global leaders who are well-equipped to succeed in their careers and communities. Background About the Entrepreneur Maria Santos is a young entrepreneur who has built a successful career in business and finance. She has a passion for helping others and is driven by the desire to impact her community positively. With her experience, skills, and dedication, Maria has quickly risen up the ranks and established herself as an influential leader in her industry. I am interested in this entrepreneur because I am inspired by her self-driven approach to success and her commitment to making a difference in people's lives. 3 One of the most important social entrepreneurial characteristics displayed by Maria Santos is her willingness to take risks to pursue opportunities that have the potential to benefit others.
