Introduction
A person must first develop their professional and personal abilities if they are to meet their objectives in life. Additionally, it aids in fostering a person's sense of empowerment. A person can develop new, more artistic skills with the aid of developing pre-existing skills. These abilities can be beneficial in many areas of life, including self-awareness and decision-making. When a person performed a self-analysis, the skills that needed to be improved were recognized; these weaknesses can be solved by working hard and displaying positive and motivated actions. (Hatala et. al, 2017). Task 1
1.1 Assessment of own strengths and weakness
Finding an individual's self-advantages assessments and disadvantages is crucial. A person can perform better than someone who is unaware of their own skills and weaknesses. While a person's limitations spur them to work harder and establish objectives to overcome them, their strengths urge them to be more productive. (Cotet et. al, 2017). Personal Skills:
When a person sets personal goals and targets that must be met, personal talents are necessary. A
person's ability to self-authorize is also improved by personal skills. These abilities can help someone develop both emotionally and professionally. Positive interpersonal skills enable a person to engage and communicate with others more effectively. When making important judgments in life, one's personal abilities were very important. (McGill & Lazarowicz, 2020).
Personal skills
Assessment
Decision making
I lack decision-making skills and unable to make the right choices.
delegation
This is my strength, I am good at delegation. Creativity
I am a creative person. This is also one of my strengths. Interactive Interaction with others is considered to be my weakness.
Sensitive I am a very sensitive person. I take things to my heart which affects my professionalism.
Academic skills
Academic skills give students the opportunity to develop into more qualified teachers. These abilities, sometimes referred to as practical skills, are very important for an individual's success and advancement at work. Every career requires these fundamental talents, and using them will help you be effective at every stage of life. (Rabiner et. Al, 2016).
Academic skills
Assessment
Confidence My confidence level is not high which resulted in anxiety and nervousness. Writing Writing is one of my strengths.
Journaling I am good at taking notes and journaling. Technical skills
I get familiar with new technology very fast. Summarizing
Summarizing is not my strength, I made mistake in it. Academic English Language skills: One of the most common languages that people from all states and regions can speak and comprehend is English. If someone wants to use their study material wisely and effectively, they must have strong academic English language abilities because this language provides a clear description of the goal and makes it easier to achieve goals. (Aslam, 2018).
Academic English Language skills Assessment
Reading
I am good at reading.
Paraphrasing
Sometimes, I make mistakes in paraphrasing
Spelling
The spelling mistake is one of my main weaknesses.
Essay writing I am good at writing an essay on multiple topics.
Speaking fluency I speak fluently in the English language.
1.2 Evaluating self-improvement targets
Setting targets for self-improvement by SMART
The ability to set goals is crucial for success. A SMART aim is one that is specific, measurable, attainable, and time-bound. The SMART technique of goal-setting would encourage someone to create a goal that may be modified based on their expectations and preferences. (West, 2016).
TASK 2
2.1 Describe the process of conducting primary research from various sources
Primary research is any study in which the researcher independently collects the data. Primary research methods include surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and observation. Defining the research topic, determining the question to be answered, conducting the research, and putting the
plan into action are the stages that must be taken when conducting primary research. (Kimbark et. al, 2017).
Primary Data: The professor's first data set is recognised as the primary data. It is a legitimate source of data that can be gathered in many methods. It is well recognized that gathering primary data can be more expensive and time consuming than gathering secondary data. 2.2 Sketch the secondary research process from different sources
Secondary research refers to the information that has been gathered through government data sets, public records, and previously published papers. This information was either earlier gathered by the researcher for a different purpose and is now being used for a different goal; it is not the real research of the researcher. (Hussein, 2017). Secondary Data: Secondary data are those that were obtained via the use of information gathered by another researcher rather than by the researcher themselves. Since all the information is available online

and secondary data is less expensive and time-consuming than primary data, you don't need to solicit inquiries from the general population.
Task 3
3.1 Take note of key information points from a variety of sources using active audio and reading strategies.
The subject that has chosen to mention key points from my active listening and reading skills is the "effects of air pollution" which will be outlined and paraphrased in the next section. Mentioned below are the key points (Keevy, 2020).
•
When evaluating the negative effects of air pollution, global warming is the most significant component. The majority of industry emits carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, which
has an impact on the greenhouse effect.
•
The gases emitted by industries, heaters, and vehicles are among the most dangerous issues, and acid rain is one of the most dangerous issues. Acid showers are the outcome of these hazardous compounds combining with water after being released into the environment.
•
Other adverse effects of air pollution include the sharp rise in respiratory and health-
related conditions.
3.2 Paraphrase and summarize the information
After writing down the points the section of paraphrasing is given below. There are many issues with air pollution's effects on the environment. The vast quantity of gases emitted by various businesses disturbs the effects of global warming and greenhouse gases. Transport has evolved into a person's fundamental need for travel, yet the gases produced by these vehicles have a negative impact on many people's health and respiratory systems. In regions where harmful compounds are frequently spilled in significant quantities, acid rain is also rising. Additionally, the earth's temperature is rising daily, which creates a number of issues.
(McGill & Barton, 2020).
Summarization
Due to air pollution, the temperature of the earth is rising day by day. An increase in temperature
causes the melting of glaciers which resulted in floods.

The following parts could be generally included in the standard primary proposal for professional and personal research:
•
Introduction: The Section will typically provide the research and its aim inside a certain academic field to be adequately examined as well as to determine the study's parameters. It will also analyses customer preferences for cosmetics by creating a new "lorry" brand for cosmetics and makeup products. (Schöttke et. al, 2017).
•
Objectives of the research and aims:
At the start of the analysis, the goals and objectives of the study must be demonstrated very clearly and evidently in order to motivate the students and sources to conduct research that has the potential to include the highest standard of academic quality and the various aspects of attractiveness to continue to the maximum level of information from it. This market study focuses on current fashion trends where the "lorry" brand was referenced. This fashion label exists to fulfil the needs and wants of its customers for cosmetics and makeup.
•
Surveys focus groups and questionnaires: This investigation has been conducted using a key research methodology that involves surveying
people using questionnaires. Only research on them has been done because it concentrates on the
tiny group of people who are interested in buying such a commodity. Understanding what people
want from them in order to develop new ideas and techniques is the study's main goal. (Heinonen
& Nissen-Lie, 2020).
•
Literature review and analysis:
Examining the major ideas involved in this type of inquiry objectively is its fundamental goal. Critically analyzing and looking into the theoretical features as well as the primary level of the knowledge claimed and included in the research is one of the crucial and highly effective approaches to start the primary research evaluation.
•
Findings and conclusion: The primary analysis of the data relevant to the project and an overview of various ideas pertaining to the individual experts who are covered throughout the report might theoretically be included in this section.
Task 5
5.1Producing academic work according to the current draft
Title: The launch of a new fashion brand of cosmetics and makeup "lorry" and to evaluate consumers' preference for the new product.
Aim and objectives
This marketing initiative is based on current market trends in the sector where a new brand called
a lorry has been introduced. This clothing line's goal is to meet consumer desires for high-quality
cosmetics and makeup goods. Wibrowski et. al, 2017).
Literature Review
Marketing research is crucial to comprehending customer preferences. Following study of customer demand, market target audience, and brand promotion strategies, the brand wishes to create a new product. But before introducing a new service, the industry must be reviewed once again in order to determine the state of the market. In this method, the business may be certain that the freshly released product will be a success. Through this study, the company will learn all
there is to know about the competition, including how its rivals and competitors function and what their plans are. By doing this, the company can better understand consumer needs and launch the brand to meet those needs. (Pereira & Costa, 2017).
Demographics: The brand chose to focus on upper-middle-class and upper-class consumers because these groups
are frequently lured to newly released products. Between 15 and 50 years old is the age range. Participating in the gender that the brands have targeted are both men and women. They market top-notch cosmetics and beauty supplies.
Sampling Method
With the participation of roughly 60 customers, the "Lorry" brand performed the poll. Questionnaires that give a quick overview of the market and the consumer's wants are the primary research method for this survey. (Bennett-Levy, 2019).

Secondary findings
Sixty customers were polled, and the majority of them believed that the product offered by Lorry
was superior to that of its rivals. When the client was questioned about whether the lorry satisfied their needs, there were a variety of answers. Some of them concurred, but others didn't. Customers claim that the attributes of the vehicle are the greatest. After a product's price and its promotion. Customers advised lorry to use the social media platform to advertise its product line.
The level of product quality determines a customer's loyalty to a particular company. (Hatala et. al, 2017). •
Because social media is a game-changer, firms can leverage the social media platform and other marketing activities to advertise their just introduced product (Muller, 2020).
•
Because the brand should never, under any circumstances, compromise on its product quality.
CONCLUSION:
In order to answer the demands of customers and match their expectations, it is crucial to thoroughly evaluate the following concerns with the aid of marketing research and marketing analysis after gathering all the views.
1.
1. They remain competitive in the market and continue to try to catch consumers' interest by producing new products and skincare items.
2.
2. Lorry should think about satisfying customer needs, investigate those needs deeper, and then introduce a product that satisfies those needs.

Task 6
6.1 Focus on the own success in education, like scholarly and technical English
A development program is a continuous endeavor that calls for essential abilities in order to achieve the goal, strengthen, and advance within the timeframe. For the purpose of addressing the lack of personal skills, the Personal Development framework was implemented. The outcomes of the personal development plan include the successful application of communication skills and the requirement for reaction, which would be to put the capacity to use in real life. Engaging with various people who require more activity to get to new areas has also given the motivation for trying with new destinations. (Koprowska, 2020).
One of the most widely used languages in the world is English. To learn the keywords where paraphrasing may be more equivalent to online classes, the description must study vocabulary books. Reading the newspaper and watching English movies without subtitles, because they are needed for prospective action, have been beneficial ways to practice reading and listening skills.

Conclusion
It may be said that intellectual and interpersonal abilities are very important for improving both personal and professional careers. By analysing the advantages and disadvantages of each of an individual's abilities, they can be improved. By adhering to specific action plans to address vulnerabilities, the goal time was established. Summarizing and paraphrasing skills are equally crucial for academic success. Action plans that are appropriate should be made, and this action plan needs to be carried out. (Cerezo-Narváez et. al, 2018).
