FYP Consultancy Project2 FYP Consultancy Project Background A professional cleaning service is mandatory for any household or business, and Soset cleaning company was founded to fill the niche. Soset recognizes the value in these tasks, even though few people enjoy scrubbing floors or emptying garbage cans. The company is facing a lack of labour and is thus looking for a solution to help retain employees. Research Question What can employers do in order to retain employees? Objectives 1. To know the effect of inadequate labour on the success of Soest. 2. To get solutions on how to retain employees in the company. 3. To find out the role employers play in retaining employees in the company. 4. Get ways of improving the loyalty of employees and reduce their rate of resignation. Research Method and Design This report was predicated on prior observational investigations and theories. We did our market research and made the best judgments about the unknowables, given the lack of accessible information. A negative impact on one side would have a positive impact on the other, and vice versa; furthermore, it is associated with consumer behaviour in such a way that a positive impact on one side would harm the other (Agular., 2021). Due to the nature of the study, data are gathered frequently from different places, making it impossible to create a controlled setting.
FYP Consultancy Project3 First, I need to provide a theoretical foundation for this investigation to support the research questions and my hypotheses. Visualization, classification, and mathematical description are all viable options for presenting and describing conceptual frameworks. My data will come from first-hand experience, secondary sources, and theoretical frameworks. How and why these principles are essential to issues in the cleaning company will be explored in greater depth in the qualitative study. This is especially true because employees are not loyal to the company, thus resigning. Using various analytic methods, the intellectual structure of the problem may be fully grasped (Crane., 1992). As a result, it is reasonable to assume that the employees face more challenges while trying to advance their careers due to unclear circumstances, which this report addresses. Following a mixed-approach methodology, the data will be evaluated, and discussion charts will be created. The methodology employed in the dissertation will be a hybrid of action research, appreciative inquiry, and ethnography. A research design specifies the procedures to be followed in a study, regardless of whether it is qualitative, quantitative or a hybrid of these approaches. By adhering to these introductory methods, one may probe various associations with ethnographic data. In addition, a survey, interviews, and data compilation would need to be carried out with the selected individuals (Fidaltic et al., 2020). Making sense of the research without becoming bogged down in the technical language is possible. Such notions include facts, figures, and statistical analysis (Hair et al., 2018). Learners with a good grasp of the distinctions between the ideas are less likely to make mistakes in their studies. In this piece, we will look at how different kinds of information and statistical methods can provide quite different results. During interview sessions, research concerns may surface. This strategy provides the opportunity for organized and ad hoc discussion with other individuals who may contribute

FYP Consultancy Project4 additional views to your research and assist you in drawing more significant findings (Klungseth and Blaksted., 2016). It is your advantage to chat with experts in the field you are interested in learning more about. These individuals could have jobs in a wide range of industries, including but not limited to healthcare, business, education, social services, the legal system, and accountancy, among others. By having conversations with these individuals, you can gain insight into problems that have received insufficient attention or research from the academic community. In addition, conducting interviews allows you to gather first-hand experience, which may serve as a valuable resource for organizing and carrying out your study (Moreira et al., 2017). We will need to give serious attention to how a problem has affected our loved ones, how we live our lives, and the people in our community. There is no one source or category of challenges that a researcher cannot draw inspiration for a topic based on their personal experiences; the only limitation is their imagination. An unusual occurrence or a relationship in the community for which there are no clear explanations are two examples of things that might form the basis of a research question. In-depth knowledge may be gained through observational data collection and subsequent analysis (Osuagwu., 2020). The term "data" is used to refer to any collected information. Data collected may include numerical values, quantitative measures, qualitative descriptions, or anecdotal anecdotes about the phenomenon under investigation. It is easier to understand the data once it has been parsed into its component elements (Snyder., 2019). That being said, qualitative and quantitative data can both be helpful in the research process. Statistic data is not the same as raw numerical data. Statistics include the processes of gathering data, structuring that data, analyzing it, and drawing conclusions from it. In this article, we saw that data is a set of
FYP Consultancy Project5 information that may be evaluated in several ways. After analyzing one's data, one will have clarity on why one has been gathering it. The term "statistical processes" refers to the mathematical formulas and computations used in statistics. Descriptive and inferential statistics are used in data analysis. A statistical method is a technique or set of instruments used to analyze data instead of the data itself (Tawfik., 2019). For this reason, the availability of data is essential prior to the use of any statistical method. The statistical methods are unique compared to statistics, the area of mathematics that deals with data collection and analysis (Summers., 2021). . Gantt Chart Task/ Time Four Months Before Three months before Today Research Formulation Data Analysis Implementation Conclusion This study analyzes a cleaning company that has labour issues dues to employees quitting. Market analysis and research help uncover opportunities and establish a plan to help you compete with the leaders in your field. With the target audience identified, then appropriate marketing strategies may be used.
