2 Module Six Assignment Analysis of Content The Estee Lauder's 2020 summary report provides an assortment of valuable data along with a great introduction. The data provided, shows how well the organization has improved and allows the stakeholders to see how well the company is performing and provides comparison to other competitors. The data provided in the Estee Lauder review shows yearly retail deals in three regions: Estee Lauder Company Inc, Global Eminence Magnificence, and S&P 500 Consumer Staples List. The data shown also includes long term net income per share, product deals by items, item deal by area, and normal stockholder returns. The report does use the terms "CAGR" and "diluted net earnings" which are terms the stakeholders will understand however the general public may not know. The report does not provide the visualization data of graphs and charts until the end of the summary. I feel this may have been more helpful throughout the summary. There are five different charts and graphs, they are all in the same font style, size, and color scheme. This make the visualization data easy to understand and follow for the stakeholders. However the visualization needs to have more eye catching impact to keep the audience engaged. I would suggest changing up each graph/chart to show different colors or even pictures of expected products. Analysis of Presentation The 2020 year in review begins with an exciting impact statement that is attention grabbing with the first sentence of "Fiscal 2020 was a year without parallel." ( 2020 Year in Review) This paragraph provides general information regarding the companies strengths leading on to the "Messages from Our Leadership" This brings in some of the 2020 highlights. The report is divided by drop down boxes you can click to stay engaged in the information as you begin to explore. There are product photos along with each segment of verbal data. Then the graphs and charts are listed at the end of the presentation. I would suggest to have the numerical data graphs and charts listed throughout the presentation not just at the end. The Estee Lauder Fiscal 2020 Year in Review begins with a header photo of Estee Lauder products which is eye catching. However this is not used for the data information even though it does draw you in. There are images of products and franchises as your click through the verbal data information. These photos may be eye catching but have no substance to the title of the information you are about to read. For example a title of Strength in Innovation has a gold

3 bottle of Darphin nectar with it. I feel that these image spaces could have been used to coordinate with the topic of discussion better than a product placement. The overall presentation is appealing however I would suggest a description of the data displayed on the charts/graphs to provide more context to the audience of what information they are looking at. I believe the report does portray the information needed for the investors to make a decision on rather that are going to choose to stay with their investment or not. I believe there is a good flow of information and data along with the use of visual charts and graphs. I do like how you are able to toggle down to read a specific area. The photos should be more geared towards the data and the charts and crafts need more details. All in All it meets the need.
