2 Capstone Change Project Evaluation Plan My strategic plan is implementing flexible work schedules to replace the traditional fixed schedules that limited nurses’ productivity and delivery of quality care. In this plan, the data collected is the number of working hours per shift for nurses. The tool used to collect the data is time and attendance software. The tool allows nurses to record the start, end, and any breaks they have during their working shift. Mobile device or a computer is used to enter data. Since I am at the center of the project and I am the researcher, I had the mandate of collecting this data. After data is collected and analyzed, it will be communicated to the team. The communication method will involve a presentation in a meeting using projectors. Data will be shown in tables indicating the trend in nurses’ working hours and how it has been affecting their productivity. During presentation, there will be an outline on how the trend could be changed.
