Reflection The learning experience that I have gathered through the fundamental research has been significant learnings of various concepts. I have researched the most trending topic in the present times the Electronic Vehicles in the Automobile Industry and its future. Electronic Vehicles promote a positive promotive future for the automobile industry. The learning experience that I have gathered can be described by utilizing the Gibbs Reflective cycle. Description The research study is a part of my MBA course. The topic was focused upon Electronic Vehicles as future in the automobile industry using thematic analyses. After thorough analyses, it is evident that Electronic Vehicles holds a strong position with significant growth in the near future. Feeling I feel that it is not easy to predict anything about the correlation between Electronic Vehicles and the promising future of the automobile industry. The covid-19 impact has adversely impacted the upward trends. Evaluation After collecting the data, I was able to infer a positive relationship that electronic vehicles bring to the automobile industry, and various government initiatives are taken in this domain. Analyses The research was categorised into five distinct parts and every portion was successfully completed within time. Conclusion There is scope for further research in the study by specifically taking into account any one specific company dealing in electronic Vehicles and assessing their performance. Action Plan In my future action, I would use not only thematic but also primary data and analyses for the study.
