FINAL BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS
2
Summary
Artificial intelligence has become more popular in our world today. Because of this, the jobs of people have been decreasing, due to the technological advances that AI brings. Those who work in white collar jobs have been the most affected. However, with this business model, a
proposal for a solution will be established. In this proposal, real life employees interact and work
efficiently with the existence of artificial intelligence in their workplace (Perna, 2023). The key partnerships that would help this be successful are technology companies who will help employees become familiar with AI networks. Familiarizing themselves with these technologies will help employees become more comfortable, and practicing these solutions often will later lead to a smooth transition between the changes (HBR, 2019). The most significant cost structure
in this proposal will be the amount used for training programs to help employees gain knowledge, as it will be a big investment eventually. These resources will be enforced by the corporate team and its universities. In this proposition, customers will be given exceptional services that will be given by both artificial intelligence and real-life people. This will provide customers with great experiences that will lead them to become lifelong consumers. The overall purpose of providing these services will be to create a great reputation for the company. While making such proposals, it is also a goal to create customer relationships that are personable and genuine. Building connections with customers is highly significant as this is what is expected by the target audience based on their reputation of personability. In order to reach such customers, the company will advertise with direct marketing, as consumers would be able to access such services at their own convenience. Those who will be targeted would be men and women in the workforce and people of ages eighteen and older. In order to achieve certain revenue, there will be goals set each month, and they will be reached depending on the effort made by employees.
FINAL BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS
3
The services provided will also play a role in the overall revenue, as customers will continue to come depending on their firsthand experiences. Overall, if all the goals in this proposal are reached, artificial intelligence and real-life people will work together in an effective way, and it will later lead to remarkable success for the company, along with a great reputation.

The Situation:
Imagine that you own a small software company. The company currently has three full time employees,
including yourself as the CEO. There is one person (software developer) who writes software based on
specifications provided by you. There is one person (testing and support) whose job it is to test new
software and to help customers find solutions to problems they may run into with the software product.
You have determined that you can leverage your existing code to create a new product which will result
in a significant increase in sales. In order to capitalize on this, you will need to expand software
development, testing, and customer support. However, the new software has a limited lifetime in the
marketplace, and will be obsolete in two years.
You can hire locally, either full time or contract, for the 3 new positions. It will require two software
developers and one new support position. A typical cost for full time positions would be $40,000 to
$60,000 per year,…

Last year, your company was heavily affected by Covid 19. The company suffered both financially and emotionally. Workers did not get their annual salary increment. The workshop planned for senior management could not be held. Moreover, two workers (one female and one male) at different times lost their lives to the disease.
Recognising the trauma that the company and its workers went through, you think that it is prudent this year to make it up to the workers.
What would you advise management to do? What will be priority?
Suggest four strategies, identifying a number of activities under each.

During the COVID 19 pandemic organizations experienced many changes where they fast forwarded into activities that previously seemed impossible. Technology played a major role in the response to this shift. In 2023, it is said that 50% of companies want workers back in office full time. As the CEO in your organization you have workers return on a hybrid arrangement.
Justify why workers should return on a hybrid arrangement by giving (2) pros and (2) cons.
As the Legal Representative explain the hybrid arrangement by taking into consideration the following below.
