The environmental coordinator highlighted the Green Star scores which Walters Consulting achieved and also the areas of shortcomings. As the operations manager, I suggested to have a Green star consultant or professional to assist us in this project as this person is already experienced, therefore it would be the best option to consider for future improvement.
