You are an Environmental Coordinator at Walters Consulting. Walters Consulting recently sought Green Star Design and As Built certification for their newly renovated Sydney office building. The results of the application have been delivered in the form of a scorecard.
You are to review the results and write a report on it. You must then present a summary of this report
to two managers involved in the project at Walters Consulting.

This meeting involved the environmental coordinator, environmental manager and the operations manager at Walters Consulting. The environmental coordinator highlighted the Green Star scores which Walters Consulting achieved and also the areas of shortcomings. As the operations manager, I suggested to have a Green star consultant or professional to assist us in this project as this person is already experienced, therefore it would be the best option to consider for future improvement.
