The Need of the Students To ensure professionalism, ethical conduct and principles of social justice the first thing that I would do is to ensure that I have a safe environment. According to Kuby “creating a safe environment for my students that will keep them encouraged and engaged in learning, and that will allow them to communicate their feelings and things that make them feel uncomfortable” Kuby( 2013).
No Revision of Mission Statement I didn’t revise my mission statement after gathering various information from this course. The reason being is because this is a personal mission statement not a mission state for the entire school. I feel that my mission statement is designed to impact my students in the best way that I know how to. Being an educator is more than teaching. It is about creating relationships with the students and the parents. By doing this you will have a greater opportunity to make an impact of young people lives.
