I will be able to use this to reference personal information written by Card. Source #2 Citation (in APA format) Insinna, V. (2016, November 1). Air Force seeking out “ender’s game” technology to enable drone swarms . It speaks about the Air Force having a need to pilot drone swarms, similar to the swarms in Ender’s Game. They have goals to create unmanned aerial systems via a single control center. Evaluation I believe this is a valid source as none of their information seems to be swayed either to the left or right. It has direct quotes from Col. Brandon “BB” Baker who is a chief in the Air Force. The author has been a writer for several Defense organizations such as National Defense Magazine. She also worked under the Navy for Defense Daily. Source #3 Citation (in APA format) Kushner, D. (2013, October 31). Ender’s Game is already a reality for the U.S. military . The author is an expert in the computer science area and covers several works in the technological field. He provides several sources of his research throughout the article. Source #4 Citation (in APA format) Bradshaw, C. (2017, December 18). SMA Dailey’s Book Club: Ender’s Game . SMA Dailey’s Book club: Ender’s game. https://www.armyupress.army.mil/Journals/NCO-Journal/Archives/2017/ December/Enders-Game/ In-text Citation (in APA format) Bradshaw (2017) Summary This article is from the Army University Press. It mentions how Ender’s Game is on the reading list for NCOs in the Army. It is also on the list for Marine Corps as well. The article relates to NCO traits in the book, as well as how to handle toxic leadership throughout the military experience. Evaluation This article is reliable because it is from the Army’s University side. There are several Ender’s Game book quotes throughout the article. It is also a good source because of its relatability to the military and how it points out why Ender’s Game would be a good read for those in military leadership. Sparknotes. https://www.sparknotes.com/lit/endersgame/summary/ In-text Citation (in APA format) Notes (2023) Summary This is a complete summary of the Ender’s Game book, so I am able to look back on it to relate to my research. It fully encompasses key points in the book, allowing for me to relate certain aspects to prove my points. Evaluation SparkNotes is frequently used in the academic community. I may not use this source fully, but as of right now I think it will be a valuable source.
