According to Darwin's theory of human evolution, something happened to the body of
the group of the ancestor of humans. What was the most significant change that
happened to the body of humans (
make sure you write the major change in body
structure
), and what caused it? Answer the question while connecting it gender and
sexism.
According to Darwin's theory of evolu±on, human bodies have evolved through
natural selec±on. This means that the individuals best adapted to their
environment are more likely to survive and reproduce, passing their genes to the
next genera±on. One of these evolu±onary changes includes becoming bipedal,
standing upright, and freeing the hands to manipulate tools to hunt. Darwin
accredits this evolu±onary change to men because of their innate ability to care for
their families. Basically saying that women did not influence our evolu±on process.
Further perpetra±ng that women are just along for the ride and that our ability to
provide anything to our families is thanks to men.
