During the time I lived with my dad as a kid this would be our meal every Friday. This reminds me of my dad every single time I eat a steak and cheese since it’s connected to him. I also just really enjoy steak and cheese, especially since all parts of the country makes a steak and cheese a different way. Is there anything else that I didn’t ask but you want to share? My favorite version of a steak and cheese from where I live is called a steak bong, essentially a loaded version.
