Compare and contrast a key theme in Mary Shelley’s 19 th century novel, Frankenstein , to one of the texts listed on the course timeline from the 20 th or 21 st century. Your thesis statement should assess whether science fiction has evolved (or at least changed) in its depiction of this key theme.
