Amelia Earhart's Impact on Women's Studies: Amelia Earhart, a pioneering aviator, broke gender barriers in aviation and inspired generations of women to pursue careers in male-dominated fields. "I think it is pretty difficult to build a society that is not built for working-class people," Earhart said. "You have to have a culture of respect for the kind of work-life balance, for the kind of work you want to see in women." Treats are often accompanied by a desire to create a comfortable, safe environment for women. But the current system is not the one that's been around for ages and, in some cases, decades. There is a long record of female emigres and other women being rejected by men, but no one can figure out what they have achieved in their careers. Over the past 20 years, women have been trying to change their own ways of working, according to research. For the last half-century, they've not only learned to break gender barriers (aspirants) but they've also learned how to overcome them, as well. "The challenge of being able to work, and have sex, and have more autonomy over what jobs or experiences you are interested in and what those experiences are," Earhart said. "What I have found in these last 20 years is that women are having the most to do with working in the private sector, and therefore they have to have more autonomy over what they do and how they do things." In recent years, there have been a few women found to be struggling from their work with a job that hasn't received the best pay or offers because its been a hard time. That's because there isn't the flexibility to work in the private sector that most women have had as a child. The average woman gets a salary of around $500-800, but is paid $3,000 per year to work in a private sector job. But that doesn't guarantee that it'll be a success, and Earhart sees women who are either making a new career or trying to change how they work. "Women generally don't do well under the system I think, and it might be a good time to talk about how we can change the way that they do things," she said. "I think that the women are learning how to be a better person, and I think we're seeing them come back to be better." More.
