Interpretation:

The 1HNMR spectrum for the given compound is to be sketched showing all the splitting patterns and the relative positions of each signal.

Concept introduction:

Chemical shifts are positions of signals along the x-axis in the nuclear magnetic spectroscopy. It gives an idea on how many different hydrogens are present in each H-NMR for a compound.

The protons that are in similar environment have same chemical shift and they would give only one 1H NMR signal.

Number of peaks=n+1, where n is the number of vicinal and geminal hydrogen atoms that are nonequivalent to the hydrogen atoms producing the signal.
