To determine
Accounts uncollectible:
Accounts uncollectible refer to loans, receivables, and other debts which seem to have no chances of being paid now or in the future. An account may turn uncollectible due to different reasons, such as bankruptcy of the debtor, an inability to find the debtor, or due to the lack of improper documentation.
To determine: Why cash realizable value does not decrease when an uncollectible account is written off under the allowance methods.
