Explanation of Solution

Google Drive:

• The Google Drive is a Web based virtual storage service and provides 15 GB of cloud storage for free.
• Google Drive is used  for creating the documents, Synchronizing Photos, sharing and storing the files and folders securely to the users in the cloud.
• All Files and Folders can be easily accessed from Google Drive from any location or device.
• In Google Drive files and folders can be shared in three ways:
  • Sharing with Google contacts.
  • Sharing through Google account link.
  • Embedding Google doc files into the websites.

Three levels of permission in Google Drive:

Google Drive offers three levels of permission for files and Folders. They are:

1. 1. Can Comment:
   • The Google document “Can Comment” option is very useful for adding comments, suggestions and responds to comments with other people in the document by without editing or sharing the file with others.
   • The Can Comment permission option is only available for Google files like Spreadsheet and presentations.
2. 2. Can Edit:
   • The Can Edit permission is a default option used when sharing files with Google contacts.
   • This permission option lets the user grant the permission to edit a file and also they can share the files with other users...
