The signs of a project experiencing issues.
Answer to Problem 1OCQ
Solution:
Continuously arising critical issues, changing scope of the project, project running behind schedule are the signs of issues with a project.
Explanation of Solution
Given:
A project which is experiencing issues.
There was a project which was initiated in the month of January. Now June (mid of the year) is perfect time for assessment of the project progress. Now the assessing team must get enough data to analyze that the project is matching the professional objective.
There are some signs mentioned below to judge whether the project is experiencing some issues.
1. A variation in schedule is confirming signature that the project is experiencing the issues. If the project is behind the schedule in the beginning, then it is definitive that the project will go more further behind in coming future.
2. In the beginning of the project some dates are documented that certain tasks will be done till a predefined certain date. But the assessing team experiences that those task are still being worked. This is signature that project is experiencing issues.
3. If the team’s morale is declining, then company should understand that the project is experiencing a certain bug.
4. There are several complains about very tiny issues like some folders are not working. Then it is a signature that the project is experiencing some issues.
5. Quality control department is experiencing that the check time is being pushed forward.
6. Change in the scope of the project indicates issues with the project.
7. There is continuous appearance of critical issues that are not being resolved even after efforts is a signature that there are serious issues with the project and the project is going to fail in the future.
Conclusion:
There may be some issues with the ongoing project of a company hence; assessing team notices some issues like, delay of the project, continuous critical issues, change in scope of project, etc. These are the vital signatures that project is experiencing issues that are needed to be resolved.

Before the switch is closed, the capacitor has an initial charge go and the circuit has an initial current go. R w i(t) q(t) C н After the switches closes, current flows through the circuit and the capacitor begins to discharge. The equation that describes the total voltage in the loop comes from Kirchoff's voltage law: di(t) L + Ri(t) + (t) = 0, dt (1) where i(t) and q(t) are the current and capacitor charge as a function of time, L is the inductance, R is the resistance, and C is the capacitance. Using the fact that the current equals the rate of change of the capacitor charge, and dividing by L, we can write the following homogeneous (no input source) differential equation for the charge on the capacitor: ä(t)+2ag(t)+wg(t) = 0, (2) where R a 2L and w₁ = C LC The solution to this second order linear differential equation can be written as: where 81= q(t) = Ae³¹- Bel 82 = (3) (4) (5)arrow_forward
