The signs of a project experiencing issues.

Answer to Problem 1OCQ
Solution:
Continuously arising critical issues, changing scope of the project, project running behind schedule are the signs of issues with a project.
Explanation of Solution
Given:
A project which is experiencing issues.
There was a project which was initiated in the month of January. Now June (mid of the year) is perfect time for assessment of the project progress. Now the assessing team must get enough data to analyze that the project is matching the professional objective.
There are some signs mentioned below to judge whether the project is experiencing some issues.
1. A variation in schedule is confirming signature that the project is experiencing the issues. If the project is behind the schedule in the beginning, then it is definitive that the project will go more further behind in coming future.
2. In the beginning of the project some dates are documented that certain tasks will be done till a predefined certain date. But the assessing team experiences that those task are still being worked. This is signature that project is experiencing issues.
3. If the team’s morale is declining, then company should understand that the project is experiencing a certain bug.
4. There are several complains about very tiny issues like some folders are not working. Then it is a signature that the project is experiencing some issues.
5. Quality control department is experiencing that the check time is being pushed forward.
6. Change in the scope of the project indicates issues with the project.
7. There is continuous appearance of critical issues that are not being resolved even after efforts is a signature that there are serious issues with the project and the project is going to fail in the future.
Conclusion:
There may be some issues with the ongoing project of a company hence; assessing team notices some issues like, delay of the project, continuous critical issues, change in scope of project, etc. These are the vital signatures that project is experiencing issues that are needed to be resolved.

- General Ford produces cars at L.A. and Detroit and has a warehouse in Atlanta; the companysupplies cars to customers in Houston and Tampa. The cost of shipping a car between points isgiven in Table 60 (“—” means that a shipment is not allowed). L.A. can produce as many as 1,100cars, and Detroit can produce as many as 2,900 cars. Houston must receive 2,400 cars, and Tampamust receive 1,500 cars.a Formulate a balanced transportation problem that can be used to minimize the shipping costsincurred in meeting demands at Houston and Tampa.b Modify the answer to part (a) if shipments between L.A. and Detroit are not allowed.c Modify the answer to part (a) if shipments between Houston and Tampa are allowed at a cost of$5. show all the steps. provide x_ij c_ij objective function and constraintsarrow_forward22: Line charges PL 2π nC/m are located at xy-plane as shown in Figure-1, find the electric field intensity (E) at (0, 0, 2)? 2arrow_forward11.4 Determine Vout in the circuit shown in Fig. P11.4. through any methodarrow_forward

- 5. Word FrequencyWrite a program that reads the contents of a text file. The program should create a dictio-nary in which the keys are the individual words found in the file and the values are the number of times each word appears. For example, if the word “the” appears 128 times, the dictionary would contain an element with 'the' as the key and 128 as the value. The program should either display the frequency of each word or create a second file containing a list of each word and its frequency.arrow_forwardWhy is proper planning important when developing a baseline construction project schedule?arrow_forward3.) File Encryption and DecryptionWrite a program that uses a dictionary to assign “codes” to each letter of the alphabet. For example: codes = { ‘A’ : ‘%’, ‘a’ : ‘9’, ‘B’ : ‘@’, ‘b’ : ‘#’, etc . . .}Using this example, the letter A would be assigned the symbol %, the letter a would be assigned the number 9, the letter B would be assigned the symbol @, and so forth. The program should open a specified text file, read its contents, then use the dictionary to write an encrypted version of the file’s contents to a second file. Each character in the second file should contain the code for the corresponding character in the first file. Write a second program that opens an encrypted file and displays its decrypted contents on the screen.arrow_forward
