Introduction:

The reduction in the capability of generating force by a muscle fiber is known as muscle fatigue. The muscle fatigue commonly results from the strenuous exercises. Although, other reasons are an imbalance in the levels of ions by the repeated stimulatory responses across the sarcolemmal membrane, decrease in the flow of blood.
