Introduction :
Country A is the coldest continent on Earth. It is also considered a cold desert. The weather is extremely harsh and inhabited by a thin population. In summer, the temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius, and in winter temperature drops below -40 degrees Celsius. Country A experiences two seasons i.e. summer and winter. This extreme weather affects the physiology of humans, especially their sleep cycle. This long day and night cycle adversely impact the circadian rhythm of humans.
