Case summary: Company F is in a business of quick service dinning. Company F is the fastest growing restaurant business and receives 4,000 applications every year for franchise. It offers burritos, wraps, soup, salads and other foods also. Person MC the founder of the company wants to make healthy living easier. With this objective in mind, Person MC opened the restaurant. Now, Person MC allows franchise only to those individuals who have the same passion. Company F uses flat organizational structure. Company Flat structure removes many layer of management. There is no necessary formal structure. The member of team also works on standing desk. Company Franchise of Company F also uses same flat structure and have same environment. Today, franchise of Company F is spreading faster. In this fast moving world, Company F has maintained its core value.
