The thief jagged his gun at the head of the cab driver and ordered him to drive on. The car driver followed the directions and immediately jammed on the footbrakes and jumped out the cargo to protection. But this injured person C and her two children . Then person C filed an action for damages arguing that; driver was neglectful in jumping to protection.
