Chapter 7.5, Problem 3PQ
Summary Introduction

Introduction:

Alfred Binet was a French psychologist who designed an intelligence test to identify children who were not able to learn well as compared to other children. Binet noticed that the main element that should be tested to determine the fast as well as slow learners was child’s mental age or children’s average age at which they could answer a specific level of questions. Later Lewis Terman adopted a method of comparison between chronological age and mental age for use with revised Binet test which is known to measure IQ or intelligence quotient.
