A commodity purchase forecast (budget) is one of the operating forecast (budget). It is that operating activities from which income can be generated. It is based on the required number of units of commodity to be sold as per the commodity sales budget.
To explain:
As, in April purchase forecast in part 1 depicts fewer purchases of all three commodity as compared to other months, factor causing lower purchase should be scheduled. Accordingly. Advice condition in business that would cause this factor to both occur and impact the company in this way.
