Option 2:

If Person J plans to go to junior college, the earnings after 2 years will be $38,000 per year. This means, after 5 years, the total earning will be $114,000($38,000×3). Person J’s yearly expense is $15,000 plus the course fee 6000 per year for two years. That is, after 5 years, the total expense is $87,000(($15,000×5)+($6000×2)).
