Evidence-based decision making: The Evidence-based decision-making concept explains the following seven implementation principals:

  1. Considering your organization as an incomplete prototype
  2. No brag, just facts.
  3. Looking your organization like an outsider
  4. The implication of the decision making at each level of employees fairly
  5. Like everything else, you still need to sell it.
  6. If all else fails, slow the spread of the bad practice
  7. The best diagnostic question: What happens when people fail?
